Place was clean and Mariano is quick to respond and very helpful.

One of the best places I've stayed! Mariano is a wonderful landlord who always makes you feel at home. Plus, the residence was on a quiet, dead end street with no through traffic. Would definitely rent again.

Recommended stay close to KMC

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 month as medical students rotating at Kern. We enjoyed our stay at Mariano's house. It was quiet, safe, comfortable, private, plenty of room for the two of us and very close to the hospital. We would stay here again on rotation!

I stayed at Mariano and his lovely family's property for a month. I was stationed at Kern Medical Center (KMC) which made their mother-in-law unit perfect. They are located 5 minutes away from the hospital in a quiet & safe neighborhood with endless parking available. The home is quiet, spacious, and comfortable. They provide everything you may need and make themselves available if necessary. Mariano is quick to address questions and very gracious to check-in to guarantee a pleasant stay. great location and attentive host

I booked Mariano's place for my superintendent while working nights in the area. He had a slight issue in the beginning with the heat wave and not enough air, but Mariano jumped on it right away and took care of it. This worked out great for my guy, was quiet and met all of his needs. Appreciate the attention to detail and assistance

Equipped with everything you need while you're here working or visiting ! I enjoyed the full size kitchen , king size bed and washer and dryer ! Located in a well kept neighborhood close to kern medical that felt super safe ! Would stay again!

Great 1 BR apartment with covered parking

The property owners have thought of everything that you will need. You have a full size refrigerator and gas stove if you like to cook. You have a large separate kitchen and dining, full size washer and dryer. A combined bedroom with a king sized bed and living area with a lot of storage. It is located in a safe, well-cared for neighborhood. It is 10-12 minutes to Adventist Health Hospital. It's a great find and a good price for short-term rentals.
