Safety is #1 need and this property def checks that box. The streets are lit up with stringed lights at night & the neighborhood is quiet. It is walking distance to Safeway, park, waterfront& restaurants, so I barely ever had to use my car. JHH has an operating transportation system that comes into the neighborhood so no need to spend money on parking passes. This is a tech savy place with keypad door systems that you can also unlock with your phone. During my stay, they added tvs to the rooms which was nice for my bingeing tv lazy days. The place is fully furnished with the basic and some more like coffee pods. Another reason why I decided to choose this property is because of the property manager's demeanor. She was available to discuss any concerns. Her hospitality had made my stay comfortable, she was always helpful. I was worried about having a housemate but we had different work schedules barely seen each other or had problems. This made my traveling career a great experience.
