I stayed with Anne-Phyfe and her family for a month. From the get-go the process was easy; she provided me with all the information up front with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I found everyone to be very kind and accommodating! They invited me to dinner multiple times. The house itself is lovely, spacious, with plenty of natural light and is situated in a very convenient location with easy access to the bus line I used to get to work. I would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you for everything AP and B!

I loved my stay with with Anne and her family. It was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, it's incredibly cozy, serene, bright, and peaceful. It feels like a sanctuary, while being totally centrally located, and nearby to the water and gardens. I felt very relaxed. Anne and her family are incredible. They were very welcoming, warm and allowed me to feel right at home from day one. It's a special place, you will feel right at home here if you have a chance to stay! Thanks A & B!

I had an absolutely wonderful 3 month stay here! the hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Anytime I had questions about the home or the city, they were always communicative and eager to help. They even generously invited me and my housemate to dinner from time to time. And their thoughtfulness truly stood out; they helped me borrow a book from the library when I didn't have a card yet and even took me sailing for a day! The room I stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and filled with natural light thanks to large windows and a skylight. Waking up to sunlight streaming in (Seattle weather permitting!) and watching squirrels and birds just outside my window was soo wonderful. The entire house is also beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean. The hosts clearly love their home! The location is fantastic. There are two bus stops just about 4-5 min away on foot. Easy access to the city for both work and fun :)) The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly. The Washington Park Arboretum being within short walking distance was a treat! Thank you A and B for such an amazing and unforgettable stay. Im deeply grateful for your generosity and care!

I stayed at this place for three months, and the memories I made here were absolutely wonderful. The hosts were always kind and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The location is very convenient, with great transportation access to downtown Seattle. The house facilities are excellent, and the small room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. You can trust this home and confidently sign a lease.

Anne and her family was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The house is in a safe location close to transit to get anywhere, and the bedroom (large) has plenty of space for anything you might need. Highly recommend for short term stays!

This was my first time in two years of traveling staying in just a room. What a wonderful experience I had. The owners are so cool, pleasant and easy to be around. I felt very at home and welcomed. The room is bigger than it appears in the pictures with big windows, a skylight, a gorgeous cedar closet (which is a small room in and of itself). The neighborhood is phenomenal. Having stayed in Seattle for an assignment before, this is by far my absolute favorite neighborhood. Stunning, walking distance to Lake Washington, two blocks from the Washington Arboretum and Japanese Garden, sheik inviting restaurants and a very walkable neighborhood. Their home is beautifully redone, while still maintaining its original architecture, history and charm. Easy commute to all the hospitals in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The owners of the house did a great job making me comfortable. Parking on the street was available by permit and the house resides in a quiet area. Pill Hill is no more than 10 minutes away if driving to work as well as being in close proximity to most major grocery stores. I had a nice sized room with the choice to use the queen sized bed on the floor with a beautiful skylight window, or the twin bed. The bathroom was shared with their daughter. If I had another assignment in Seattle I would opt to stay here as my first choice.

A P and B are wonderful hosts and always make you feel welcome. The room is bright and big with a lovely skylight. The bathroom also has skylights! Their garden was full when I stayed and was so delicious. Your location to the lake, Capitol Hill, and the arboretum are so great!! Definitely consider staying here for your time in Seattle!
