Great Summer Stay

Stayed at John's place for a summer internship. It was a really nice experience! All the furniture and appliances are high-quality and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, even with a little pool and a small playground. Parking at the property is also sufficient, perfect for a two-person stay. The location is right next to the 101 highway, which gets us pretty much anywhere within 15 minutes. There was initially some flickering problem with the ceiling lights, but John was very responsive and resolved it promptly. Overall, it was very comfortable and I would recommend this place to other people.

If you're looking for a safe, quiet, and well-equipped place to stay, look no further. John is a fantastic landlordalways responsive and committed to making sure tenants have what they need. My family and I lived in a lovely 2-bed, 1-bath unit for 6 months, and it was the perfect home. Our 2-year-old daughter settled in quickly. The location is idealjust a 10-minute walk to Magical Bridge Park, and 7 Seas Park is nearby across the freeway. Both are great for young kids. The unit includes one covered carport (our Toyota Tundra fit!) and a second spot with a parking pass. Storage is abundanttwo large closets, three medium storage areas, plus outdoor storage. There's also a nice balcony and a pool. We didnt swim in winter, but it was great on warm days. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend this placeyou wont be disappointed!

Stayed at this location for 8 months and it was amazing! New furniture and appliances, well cared for, clean and tidy. Lots of storage space which was great for someone who travels for work. In a nice, quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to highways. The host was very attentive and easy to contact with quick response times. Would definitely stay here again!
