Beautiful home and gracious landlord

I really can’t say anything other than I had a wonderful long stay in this home where Katelyn (the landlord) took good care of me. Like any place, there’s always some things that could be improved upon, but overall I can’t say enough good things. Clean, thoughtful layout. A great backyard for hanging out in. The kitchen is renovated nicely and everything is functional. Small garage, so if you have a really large vehicle, you might be out of luck there, but otherwise this house is a great option for someone looking for a short/extended stay.

I am a travel PA who rented from Katlyn for 4 months. I felt right at home here! Katlyn provides everything you need for a long term stay. I had the house to myself as I appreciate the extra space but the home is perfect for 2-4 people. She is extremely responsive, friendly and kind. The home is very clean, quiet and the decor makes it feel nice and cozy. I highly recommend Katlyn' s home if you want to be comfortable and close to busy Central Phoenix with lots of hiking trails to choose from near by.
