Lovely condo!

My husband and I spent the month of January at Alpa's condo and we loved the space. The bedroom is large and has a work area which was nice for remote work. The sunsets from the condo are incredible and you are about 1 mile from the beach. The pool was getting repaired and it was too chilly to swim while we were there, but we took advantage of the tennis courts. It's a quick 3 flights of stairs to an Orange Theory gym, Vons groceries, a pharmacy, cafes, and another 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's. If you have a lot of stuff to haul into the condo, please take note that the elevators aren't super close to the condo so just be aware of that. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need (pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, etc) and the living room is comfortable. Alpa was very easy to work with- communicative, friendly, and very helpful! We recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be close to the beach.

Great Pacific Beach condo in an amazing location

My partner and I stayed here for a little over three months and loved it! We are digital nomads who had just moved to San Diego from the East Coast and this home ended up being perfect for our needs. The location can't be beat - it's right in the heart of Pacific Beach, right off Garnet Ave, walkable to the beach, and steps away from Vons, Trader Joe's, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Other than the location, some of the things we loved most about this home were the high ceilings (top floor unit), the 85" TV in the living room, and the beautiful, ocean view from the balcony. It was also nice to have a garage parking spot, access to swimming pools, hot tubs, a gym, tennis courts, and the other amenities that The Plaza provides. With two of us working remotely from the condo, we always had speedy and reliable internet. The owners were also very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!
