Great little condo
This little apartment was clean and safe and the gated community made me feel safer. A lot of what is available in this area is in very sketchy neighborhoods, this area is right on the beach and felt very secure. The buildings are kind of run down and are old, but when you walk into the apartment? It was like a whole experience. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again if I took another contract in CC. The landlord was responsive and fixed even minor things immediately.

False advertising
I don't even need to say much. Simply Google "Villa del Sol condos in Corpus Christi". The place smelled of mold, had leftover cigarettes, and dead cockroaches. I got a small refund but for some reason was not given the cleaning fee refund despite the mess I walked into. No fire alarms on property. Old and run down is an understatement. I could go on but the Google reviews should suffice. Save yourself the headache.
