Great Studio!

I had an incredible experience staying in the studio during the month of May. The home was thoughtfully prepared and maintained. The owner was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions. The place had everything that I needed for my stay, and more. The home is in a safe and quiet community, with a parking pad behind the house. I was also given access to the security system, for added comfort. The home provides easy access to Bayview, I-95, and several shopping centers. I would absolutely stay at this studio again!

Basement studio review

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood. I subleased the studio in the basement for one month, which had everything I needed (appliances, kitchen supplies, food storage, laundry, towels/sheets, etc). L and A were extremely hospitable during my stay! The house has an alarm system and security features that gave me peace of mind while staying there alone. Parking behind the house was super convenient and it is a very quick drive to Bayview if youre a hospital worker. Theres a small park for outdoor activities across the street and multiple shopping centers within a 10 min drive for food/shopping/fitness. I would highly recommend it to other rotating workers!
