Janet has such a pleasant personality and is highly respectful, professional, and considerate of your privacy. She is mindful to communicate as quickly as possible to inquiries. The best place to stay in Elkhart!

I've truly loved every moment of my stay here. Janet is incredibly kind and welcoming-always available if you need anything, yet respectful of your privacy. The neighborhood is safe and perfect for walking, with a peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor patio and grill are ideal for enjoying sunny days and relaxing outside. The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. It genuinely feels like a home away from home!

Perfect Place to Stay

I lived here for the entire summer while I was working an internship, and it was perfect for me. The neighborhood its in is very quiet and family-oriented, and its close to everything you'd need. Mrs. Janet is extremely kind and helpful. She is always there if you need something. The space itself is very clean and had everything I needed. It also has its own entrance and table and grill outside! I couldn't recommend this property more. Mrs. Janet was a fantastic host, and the apartment was perfect.

My own little space

Located in a quiet neighborhood and within a couple miles of a nice grocery store and other conveniences. Less than 10 minutes from big chain restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, etc) if you looking for those instead of the nice local ones. I liked that I had my own entrance and there is definitely plenty of natural light if you want to open the curtains. It was nice to be able to do laundry without leaving. Mrs T is definitely a caring person and attempts to help you with what every she can without being invasive. All you have to do is ask. I would stay again

Home away from home!

Awesome property with everything you'll need. Separate entrance to the space that is well maintained and well-lit for those that may work nights. Property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many different food places, parks, and is an easy drive to the nearby hospitals. The owner is a very kind and helpful woman who will do what she can for you if you need it! The space has comfortable furniture and several windows that let in the natural light! The space is part of the main house but is separated enough to give you plenty of privacy! You can't beat this space for this great price!
