This is a railroad layout from front of the building to the rear so it gives a large feel to the apartment. The kitchen opens up to the living area and there is a back room for a work area where the washer and dryer combo is. The rear yard is just steps from the back room.
This first floor unit is right above street level with easy access to the rear yard. Remodeled and has a split bath for convenience. Great neighborhood as it is in prime Nob Hill with access to restaurants on Polk St. a few blocks away. Cable car and Muni are just a block away and walking to the Financial District is a breezy 10-15 minutes.
Great experience
I was here for six months for a temporary assignment and my experience has been great. Steven is a great landlord, always responsive and very friendly. The area is quiet and with plenty of amenities nearby. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Wonderful Stay In Nob Hill
This apartment was amazing for our summer stay in San Francisco. The property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. The unit is located in a great and quiet part of Nob Hill - close to many bus lines, a popular market, and Trader Joe's and a short walk away from Polk Street and China Town. The Financial District is also a short walk for those commuting to work. There was also sufficient room space and a great desk area with nice natural lighting. Overall a wonderful stay and great location!
Great Unit
I had such a great experience staying here. The landlord is very easy to get a hold of and quick to resolve any issues. The location is perfect if you want a quiet area with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Parking is occasionally hard to find but it seems that is an issue anywhere in San Francisco.
great location/unit!
i was here for an assignment at sf general and did not have a car, so the location was perfect for me to get around. i would buy the 85$ unlimited muni pass monthly for the bus and the cable car (touristy transportation) which the unit is conveniently located in the middle of. this unit is perfectly furnished with everything that you need and i was even able to host visitors on the sleeper sofa. there is a washer/dryer that you share with everyone in the building but there are also 2 laundromats at each corner of the street. there is a market down the street that i would walk to and trader joe's about 10 mins away walking. tons of restaurants, markets, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. i have no complaints about this unit, everyone was nice and steven was great at quickly responding to my phone calls and texts about any issues!!
