Best Landlords Ever

The pictures are an exact representation of what this property provides, the pictures may not even do the property justice. The property is at the end of a very private street and oceanfront. The neighbors are wonderful. Both my roommate and I felt extremely safe the entire stay. The neighbors and surrounding homes and apartments are mainly retired couples. 15 minute drive to Yale New Haven Hospital. 5 minutes to the grocery store, less than 5 to gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance. J & C, the landlords, are the kindest landlords you could ask for. They both live close by and respond quickly to any needs. They do come by the house to prep for any weather that may come which I was thankful for. Joe even went by to put a package inside the house while I was gone. Seriously the nicest, most easy going people. I would easily stay here again and if we return to the area this will be the first place we check!
