Great Stay

Had a great stay with Kathy, made me felt incredibly welcome and was super friendly. The room was clean and cozy, good privacy. Although I didn't spend much time at the place, I did have the ability to utilize the common areas which was nice. Kathy is a very nice lady, she was super helpful and always asked me about my day. Street parking is really easy, usually right by the place. Private bathroom was also clean and nice.

Redondo Condo

Kathy's Redondo condo was a perfect rental for me. Kathy communicated clearly and is respectful of privacy. A great housemate. The room is very spacious with an ensuite bath. Exceptional closet space, shelving space and study space. She also has an additional dresser for further organization. A pint size fridge was a nice feature. I could keep cold beverages, store my lunch or when I came back place my leftovers there. I was given plenty of main fridge/freezer space and ample cabinet area for food. Kitchen size was a bonus as it was great for cooking and meal planning for my long days at work. Street Parking is available and safe. I enjoyed the area as it is an active place near the beach. The bike path ,"the strand" is a mile give or take to ride the beach as well as a few chain gyms with spin classes and zumba. Trader Joe's, Von's and Whole Foods were all within walking distance. Many types of restaurants to explore nearby. Thank you Kathy for making a great home away from home!
