A 10/10 stay

I really couldn't have asked for a better host and I'm sad I had to move out! Curtis was so welcoming and really worked to make me feel comfortable and safe in a new place by myself as a young woman. He is very easygoing and thoughtful, even moving the portable AC from his room to my room for my stay as I wasn't used to the heat. He was also okay with having my boyfriend come stay for around a week at a time and having a friend come over for movie nights occasionally. Plenty of room in the fridge, freezer and cupboards. Appliances like a blender, air fryer, and popcorn maker for use. TV in each room with streaming channels. 3 pools and 2 hottubs in the condo area for use with a fob key. Invites to movie nights, dinners, and BBQ's with Curtis and family/friends/neighbours if you're up for it. The house was comfortable and clean, the area was pretty, the pools/hottubs were great for relaxing, and Curtis's kindness and generosity were the cherry on top :)

Home away from home =)

Curtis and Nancy were wonderful hosts, making us feel incredibly welcome from the very first day. The room I rented was cozy and had a TV where I could relax and watch Netflix. I was lucky to have my own private bathroom, which I really appreciated. There was plenty of space in the fridge and kitchen for my things, and my husband and I loved having the entire kitchen to ourselves for cooking. Being on the shorter side, reaching high places was sometimes a challenge, but Curtis and Nancy thoughtfully provided a step ladder, which was such a kind gesture. Whenever I had a small issue, Curtis was quick to help and always found a way to make things better, like when he brought me a fan to keep my room cool. What really made my stay special, though, was their generosity and kindness. There were evenings when Id come home late, and theyd have food ready for mesuch a thoughtful touch. Im so glad I chose to stay here. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Curtis and Nancy, for your warmth and hospitality.

Travel Nurse Stay

I had the pleasure of staying at Curtiss home from 8/2023-8/2024 for my travel nurse contract and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings and the charming ambiance of the home. The property is beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. The room I rented was spacious, comfortable, and had modern equipment (flat-screen TV, wifi, etc.). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals and there was a nice section carved out for me to place my food and other things. In addition, the owner stocks up on fruits and snacks that are available to you and he provides delicious meals from time to time when he overcooks , I was eating good for sure haha!!! What truly set this stay apart was the thoughtful touches provided by Curtis and his family. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this absolute gem.
