Westside Butler Bungalow

The bungalow had all the necessities for a two month stay including a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus. Parking was also very easily accessible in a safe neighborhood. However, I did have a major ant problem in the beginning of my stay and towards the end. It didnt seem like the place was well insulated and maintained by pest control. The landlord accommodated my needs in getting the place sprayed during my stay which I wish was done prior to moving in. The lease contract had also mentioned pets on the property which I thought that meant house pets (aka I am a pet lover) but there was a lack in transparency about their newly adopted dog who lived in the backyard right next to the bungalow. Just something to keep in mind when choosing to sublease here. Also has a very strict overnight guest policy, no accommodations made for significant others or family members visiting the area for a weekend stay. Overall, it was a short term lease so hopefully for more long term tenants special requests can be made in the future.
