Great stay with 10/10 landlords

My fiance, dog, and I have been traveling for 4 years and this townhouse has been our best housing experience we have had BY FAR! The townhouse itself is so spacious, well decorated, and came with a large yard for our doggo to run around. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is close to everything Boise has to offer. The landlords, Blake and Corey, are amazing!! They're easy going, super attentive, and quick to respond to anything. Being a previous travel nurse, Blake was super understanding with contract extensions and the uncertainty of everything which was incredibly helpful. We could not recommend this place enough!!

Perfect stay

Stayed here for 5 months with my boyfriend and 2 cats! Its in a great area- 10 minutes from st Lukes Boise, st Lukes meridian and downtown. Neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and you are close to shopping- mall, Costco, Walmart, Albertsons etc. highway is around the corner too, so its easy access to anywhere. Blake and Corey were amazing hosts as well. 1000% recommend!!!

Clean, Spacious, Fully Stocked & Pet Friendly A Total Gem!

We stayed in this Boise townhome for two months and couldnt have asked for a better experience! It was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The hosts, Blake & Corey, were amazingfriendly, incredibly responsive, and lived next door at the time, so any questions were quickly handled (usually same day!). If you want privacy, great! If you want local tips, also great! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, and cleaning suppliestruly move-in ready, which helped a lot since our stuff was in storage. Though its a duplex, we never heard the neighbors and always felt we had our space. Highlights: great price for the size, adorable decor, in-unit laundry, large fenced yard (perfect for our two dogs), nice patio, and a big driveway with room for 34 cars. Lawn care was included, too! Wed absolutely stay here again. The only reason we left was because we bought a housethis place was the perfect launchpad. Thanks again, Blake & Corey!

Cutest Townhome

My husband and our dog stayed here for a few months and I don't have enough wonderful things to say! The unit is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The yard was perfect to sit outside and relax with our dog. The landlords live right next door but are so respectful of our space. We ended up becoming friends and let our dogs all hang out together frequently but the fence in between units does close for 100% privacy if that's what you prefer. Blake was always available when needed and seeking ways to improve (there weren't any) :) the neighborhood is perfectly safe as well and only 10-15 mins from the nearest hospitals. If I ever come back to Boise this is the first place I would look to stay again! Thanks Blake and Corey for a wonderful stay!

A Perfect Stay!

Our time at this townhouse in Boise was simply wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. The big yard was a lovely bonus, providing a peaceful retreat from having a cup of morning coffee to a bbq in the evening with the grill provided. The landlord's quick responses to any issues ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay. We even became friends with this landlord and she was able to show us around Boise. It's evident that the landlord takes great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring the comfort of their guests. Leaving was tough - we'll miss this special place dearly. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a fantastic rental experience.
