West Sugarhouse Modern Apartment with a touch of Nostalgia close to all

Spacious, Bright and Convenient Location

I had a great stay here! The location was very convenient, especially for commuting to the University of Utah and Children's hospitals where I was working. Having onsite, covered parking was a huge plus as well. The space itself was bright, spacious, and comfortable, and having in-unit laundry was especially convenient for a longer stay. The only thing I would note, particularly for anyone traveling for medical work or another job with very early hours, is that sound carries fairly easily between floors. Even while making an effort to be very quiet, I found I needed to essentially tiptoe around while getting ready in the early mornings to avoid disturbing the downstairs resident. It wasn't a major issue for me, but may be worth keeping in mind if you'll be keeping an unusual schedule. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and found the apartment comfortable, convenient, and well suited for an extended visit. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful SLC Apartment!

I rented this apartment from Debbie and John for 3 months while interning for U Health over the summer and it was absolutely perfect! Well-located (15-20 mins max from the U's campus, less than 10 to downtown or lots of shops/restaurants in Sugarhouse), very safe, and with everything I could possibly need during my time in SLC. Debbie was so helpful, always quick to respond to questions and easy to coordinate with throughout the summer. It was so nice to have designated parking on the building's property (but easy to street park as well if preferred) and I also loved the apartment itself - spacious for a 1 bed and with the added bonus of a pullout couch for when my parents came to help me move! Overall, 10/10 would recommend this apartment or just renting from any listing by Debbie and John!

Perfect place - great location

Absolutely loved staying here! The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location. Being close to everything is a great feature. Highly recommend staying here!
