Great place to stay while I was in town for work! I felt at home and had everything I needed while I was there. The hosts were very considerate and friendly and made sure I was comfortable!

Winter Stay

This was an excellent place to stay during my travel contract here in Sioux City! The unit was clean and comfortable. Noise levels from neighbors were generally very low which is much appreciated! The hosts were absolutely wonderful with checking in on me, especially when the nights got cold to be sure I was ok and didn't need anything. Overall, great place to stay especially if you are in town for work.

Best housing i have ever found during a contract

This has been one of the best places I have ever found during a contract, everything is well taken care of, the house is nicely decorated to make you feel at home, there is an electric fireplace that keeps the place warm and cozy, central heating is great too during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (a ninja, glass Tupperware, a good heavy chefs knife, coffee maker, new stove, tons of condiments for cooking, cleaning supplies, all kinds of containers and pots and pans, a bookshelf with some books, throw blankets and a roku tv in one room and a huge Samsung tv in the living room) this place is amazing and comfortable! I wish I had accommodations like this in every city! The landlord is attentive and responsive but most importantly he gives you privacy, he is trustworthy and easy to work with! Less than 5 minutes from ST Luke's and Mercy hospitals! Private furnished fenced backyard, basement that can sleep someone on the huge couch! Don't pass this up!

Perfect home away from home

This 2 bed/1 bath unit was absolutely perfect for my travel contract in Sioux City. Everything is just as pictured & the owners are super accommodating. All essentials are ready for you when you arrive. Just pack your clothes & toothbrush! This is one side of a duplex & there are long term renters on the other side. All the appliances are new & work perfectly. The electric fireplace keeps you cozy. The smart tvs are easy to connect to. The beds are comfortable - Queen in one bedroom, twin in the other. There is a basement with plenty of storage room. The fenced in back yard is perfect for any pets you are traveling with. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a cozy & inviting place to stay in Sioux City.
