Large Updated Cottage Near SMH

Felt like home!

Brian and Lisa are wonderful hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel less like a guest and more like a longtime neighbor. Their warmth and hospitality made this one of my favorite stays. I've stayed in many Airbnb, VRBO, and Furnished Finder rentals, and this one truly checked every box. It felt like home. As a retired personal chef, I especially appreciated the spacious, well-equipped kitchen-it was the best I've experienced in a rental. The open-concept cottage was cozy and thoughtfully designed. The location in Southside Village couldn't have been better. Since I don't drive, walkability and public transportation are important to me, and I enjoyed walking downtown almost daily. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Brian and Lisa's cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home away from home.

Perfect Setup

Brian and Lisa were the best hosts you could ask for. They are kind, polite, and respectful people and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I stayed here for 2 months and it was everything I needed. The location is great, sandwiched right between SMH (with a nice town square complete with restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store) along with just a few minute drive/bike ride to downtown Sarasota. The cottage itself is very updated and clean with a nicely stocked kitchen, sheets, towels, a TV, and ample space for a studio style dwelling. There is driveway space for a vehicle and a very convenient washer/dryer available. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this cottage to anyone who is in the market for a rental.
