Neighborhood overview
The cottage is located on the border of North Park and Golden Hills. This is a historic neighborhood and very walkable. There are lots of hiking trails and you can walk to Balboa Park, the golf course, disc golf and many restaurants. We are central to many hospitals, three miles away from the Navy base and a five minute drive from the 5, 805 and 94 freeway.

Gem of an Apartment
Stayed here for 5 months and absolutely LOVED this apartment and its location. I'm not a nurse, but the location was perfect for me. It's right between "downtown" North Park and South Park so neither is more than a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. And it's a 2-minute walk to the park which has golf, disc golf, places to picnic, trails to walk, and more. This apartment was the perfect size for me and my work from home set up. The outdoor private garden is a delightful spot to enjoy some time outside, something not every apartment in San Diego has. The landlords are fabulous as well! Always responsive to text messages and super friendly anytime you run into them. Cannot recommend this apartment enough! Loved my time here and would stay again if I were in San Diego!
