Great Apartment, Great Location!

I stayed for a few months after moving back to Denver abd before I could move back in to my own house. By the end of my time in Mo's place, I didn't want to leave! The apartment iteslf is really greay. Also, I loved the brewery/winery/distillery/restaurant next door, a Trader Joe's literally across the street, and a great park for dogs just a block away. Mo is responsible and responsive, and he does everything he can to make sure the tenant(s) are taken care of. I recommend!

lived at Mo's spot for almost 6 months and loved it! Great central lively location that isnt too loud for sleep. Mo is very responsive to his tenants and takes requests (like purchasing a blender for me prior to my stay). Great price for a 1 bedroom in such a great location. His neighbors are also super sweet and helpful! He also did not charge a pet fee which was an amazing perk. I would definitely recommend this place!

Mo is a great landlord, he is responsive and very accommodating! I never had any issues at the property and loved the walkability. During my stay Mo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, he even purchased me a new bed after mentioning the original one was uncomfortable. I worked remotely there for 8 months and never had any issues with the internet, always saw speeds over 300Mbps up and down. Highly recommend!

Great Landlord

Coming from someone who has lived all around the US (mainly finding places to live on Furnished Finder) M is hands down the best landlord I have ever dealt with. He was very straightforward about the background check and expectations which was so refreshing. We were also able to set up a FaceTime call so I could see the unit and sign a lease all before even being in Denver - he also was more than willing to make upgrades to his unit per my request.
