The condo itself is about a 1000 square feet. Living room, dinning room, kitchen and comfy outside balcony is located on the main floor of the condo , and the two bedrooms are upstairs with the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has two sinks with separate vanities and plenty of storage for two people. The room being rented has a beautiful natural light, a view and sound of the pond and a spacious closest for your belongings....
The condo has 2 levels, the living space is easy to share. Mission Valley is often warm and sunny. The pool is really nice, heated til November, but the jacuzzi is hot all year around. I have a/c to keep the condo cool, and central heat/fire place to keep it warm. You will have everything you need to enjoy a cozy night at home, and/or be at close distance to the beach and night life.

I had a truly lovely experience living here for 7 months. I shared the place with Kera, who is absolutely wonderful. She's an amazing person kind, respectful, and easy to live with. She was always considerate of both personal and shared spaces, which made everything feel so comfortable. But more than anything, Kera is just a genuinely great human being. I'm really grateful for the time we shared and would 100% recommend living here!
