Brew District Stay

My husband and I stayed here and really enjoyed the property. We had the upstairs with the rooftop deck. Coffee every morning with that view is hard to beat. The neighborhood is safe and there's constantly children playing outside. We loved the breweries and wine bars. The garden and property are well maintained, appliances are modern. Parking was easy and on the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and full of light

This house is modern and full of amenities. It is located near plenty of dog parks, restaurants, and bars. My dog, Duke, and I enjoyed our time here. Ty is a great host and responds quickly if you have any issues or concerns. Overall this property was great for my stay and I would recommend it.

Amazing place!

My pup and I loved our time here! We were here for 6 months and had a great experience. The place is beautiful inside and out. We particularly loved the outdoor spaces, and we spent a lot of time using the yard and the rooftop patio with an amazing Rainier view. Ty was a very accommodating and respectful host. Whether you like to have some company or choose to have your own space and personal time, he is able to work with your preferences. Ty also travels occasionally for work, so there are times you will have the whole place to yourself. Overall highly recommend this spot!

Great property, easy living

I enjoyed living in this home. It is comfortable and a great location. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home. Parking was easy behind the house and there is a separate entrance is available. Ty is easy going and quickly addressed any issues or questions I had. The neighborhood is nice to walk around if you don't mind going up or down hills. St Joes hospital is a ten minute walk door to door. Bottom line, I liked the home, I liked T and I would recommend him and his property to other furnished finder customers looking for a temp home in Tacoma.

Comfortable, safe, quiet and clean!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place in Tacoma. The house is modern, spacious, nicely furnished and well maintained. The bedroom and bathroom are private and comfortable, furnished with all the basics. The kitchen is modern with plenty of cabinet space provided for groceries. I cant say enough positive things about the landlord.Ty is conscientious, friendly and helpful. He was a great resource for suggesting fun things to do around the area. I would definitely stay here again.
