Caution

The agreement was for a private bathroom it was communal. The bedrooms are close to each other and she frequently has family with noisy children visit. One time she put crying and screaming baby's to stay in the room next to me and I asked her to remove them. Her daughter that visits every weekend has a not so friendly pitbull. Sometimes she would just drop the pit bull of in the yard, restricting my access. The owner also has a dog and she asked me to watch it, water plants and take care of the house for 3 weeks. During this time the daughter left the barking pit bull in the back yard to bark and restrict access to the back yard. I had to leave. Of course when I asked for my deposit, she was short on funds. It's illegal to spend a deposit. I had every right to leave on short notice due to the disruptive environment and not being provided with an actual private bath. I even feel used that I watched her home and pet for free and Diane kept my money. I don't recommend this rental.
