Amazing property!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the landlords! I absolutely loved my stay here. The entire unit is so cozy, and you can tell that Chris and Jennifer thought about everything at this property! The beds are cozy, the bathrooms are big and there is plenty of storage! The neighborhood is very quiet, and in a very convenient location. 12 mins away from Atrium Health Baptist. To make it even better, Chris and Jennifer are truly some of the nicest, genuine and most accommodating people I have ever met! They respond quickly, they make sure everything is okay with the unit and they truly care about their renters! They made this stay an absolute dream!

5 Star Stay

This home away from home was the perfect stay. It was cozy, cute, and in a great location. Lots of convenient things within walking distance including places to eat, grocery stores, a gym, gas station, and walking trails. The amenities were perfect with a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels, blankets, and even equipment for a workout. The back patio was awesome. Neighbors were friendly and I always felt safe. The home is very well put together, the decor was adorable. Chris and Jen were absolutely amazing to work with. They were very kind, understanding, and extremely accommodating. We appreciate them so much. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone interested!

Amazing in every way!

I absolutely loved staying here! The place was clean, decorations were adorable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect- walking distance to a gym and grocery stores and had walking trails nearby as well. I worked at Atrium Health and it was about a 10 minute drive to work which was also nice! The neighbors were all friendly, always enough parking spaces for visitors, and felt completely safe all the time! Cannot talk highly enough about Chris and Jen, as they were very responsive if anything came up and fixed the problem within the day. Overall, highly recommend this property for anyone considering it!

Felt like home!!!

I absolutely loved this apartment. I felt at home the second I walked in! The place was super clean, beautiful decorated, and soo cozy! The complex was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, there was always parking for a guest. The location was great, right by grocery stores & a 15 min max drive to all other shopping/downtown. I considered extending my contract partly because I just loved this place so much. To top it off, Chris & Jennifer were the most amazing landlord's. Very attentive, friendly, and available if needed. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!

Had the best stay!

My stay in this beautiful apartment was great for my time in Winston! The apt itself was very spacious & the closet space in both bedrooms was amazing! Fit everything (I'm a chronic overpacker) I needed & more! Beds were comfy & both rooms were very cozy with updated modern decor & blackout curtains, which made is so easy to sleep during the day, as I worked night shift. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, & the apt was very conveniently located by 2 big grocery stores! The apt was only like a 5 ish min drive from Reynolda village where you can find the most beautiful park & the cutest restaurants/coffee/shopping! I was also a short 10 min drive from Brenner Childrens where I was working! C and J were SO easy to communicate with and were always very prompt in their responses & quick to resolve any questions or issues I came across! Great communication is so important & they are on top of it! I would definitely stay here again if I were to pick up another contract in the area!

Everything you needed and more!

I found this property through a friend that recommend it after staying in another one of C' properties. It was truly fantastic, it had everything you needed and more. It was in a quiet complex with friendly neighbors. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked to make amazing meals daily. I was impressed with how communicative C & J were, always on top of everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, modern comfortable rental.
