Private entrance, private driveway, and unparalleled safety on the Southhill. All my priorities were met at this property which were in this order 1) safety 2) privacy 3) wifi 4) proximity to work 5) comfort and 6) laundry on-site. This is a daylight basement apartment with a private rear door entrance, and private driveway. Located within minutes of Safeway, Fred Meyers and Costco and close to area hospitals. The apartment is comfortable and warm--receiving plenty of daylight. The kitchen and bathroom are completely outfitted with towels, pots, pans, dishes -- household items that a traveling professional would need to live in a space. I was able to lounge in bed, or on the sofa, and watch Youtube TV and other streaming services. The Wifi was excellent which was critical for my work. The landlords were generous with their outdoor living space, and very flexible in working out times for me to do the laundry.
