The Nest
Mrs S was very responsive to our inquiries and concerns. The unit is brand new including furniture and appliances. It is quiet and private for a basement unit. There is plenty of space that you won't feel cramped. The wall units for heat/AC were perfect for us since we are used to central AC where we come from. The private entrance and patio were a plus since we worked odd hours in the hospital, we never felt like we were imposing. The neighborhood is very safe and everyone around is very friendly. You are very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We worked at Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital and it was a 15 to 20 min drive.
