He took our security deposit and tried unlawfully charge a deposit for a service animal. Do NOT BOOK!!

Think twice
The host Fred took our deposit for a stay that never happened and refused to refund. His communication was not great and throughout the booking process and changed things that werent originally discussed. I should have ran after the first red flag but was in a crunch for affordable housing for my nursing contract. If you could avoid doing business with him do so. God forbid something happens you will not be refunded despite adequate notice.
