Charming renovated 2BR close to hospitals, Ft. Bliss and UTEP

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! The owner was always very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again in the future!

clean, convenient, excellent host

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months for a clinical rotation at UMC, while we waited for our home to be ready for move in. It's a super convenient location to UMC and Children's, which I appreciated. The space was very clean upon moving in and had everything we needed! Most importantly, the host Dan was very communicative and an all around excellent landlord. We had an issue with one of the appliances during our stay and Dan exceeded our expectations in addressing it. Would stay here again.

Excellent Experience!

I lived here with a roommate during a temporary hospital contract and this place was perfect. It was equipped with everything you could need and then some! Kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was stocked, the house was clean, and the AC worked wonderfully. D was an excellent host and checked in regularly to ensure that our stay was going well. The location feels safe, the house is in great condition, and we had no issues during our stay here. I would definitely recommend this place to future renters and would stay here again myself!

Loved it! Would stay again!

I stayed at this location for 6 months and it was great! It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I regularly jogged around the area and was never concerned for my safety. The house was cute and well stocked with an attentive landlord who checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The location was great, conveniently located for work at UMC and El Paso Children's Hospital. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for housing in the area.

Perfect stay!

I stayed at this property for 2 months and it is a very quiet and calm neighborhood. It is a very cute sheek place to stay and comfortable. It has everything you need and everything is a short distance to drive as well. The landlord was very attentive and accomadating. Overall a great choice.
