Studio Apartment

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment for a month and a half while I was in Philadelphia. The space was perfect for all my needs, and the landlord was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He was always quick to answer any questions I had about the area and provided excellent support when any maintenance was needed. His friendly and approachable nature made the whole experience even better. While the area might feel a bit sketchy at night, I felt safe during the day and was comfortable with the location overall. Overall, I'm very happy with my time here, and I truly appreciate all the assistance from the landlord. Thank you!

4.5/5! I had a great experience from start to finish. This was my first time booking through Furnished Finder and I had no issues. I am a medical student and was completing a rotation at HUP and found this to be a great location for this. C was great to work with and very responsive whenever I needed something. The space looked exactly like the pictures! It was very clean, and it felt like all of the appliances were new. Street parking was always available, although they do street cleaning on Thursdays during the day so I drove to work on those days. Additionally the space was less than 10 minutes from the hospital which was super convenient and the bus stop was about a 6 minute walk. Overall great experience, the only drawback would be the street the property was on. During the day I felt safe walking, but I tried not to be out walking about after sunset. To note, I never had any issues with neighbors, noise, etc. though. Happy with my experience, thanks C!
