Wonderful stay while in the area. The owner is responsive and very dedicated to making the time spent in the basement apartment as comfortable and inviting as possible. Clean premises, near hospital and stores. Highly recommended for a travel nurse or traveling professional.

Cozy, Quiet, Excellent Stay

This is a perfect cozy basement apartment! I stayed here for 3 months and honestly had no complaints! The property had everything you would need! A nice spacious bathroom, comfortable furniture, your own washer/dryer unit, and she allows you to park in the garage which is super convenient when it snows! Also when it did snow, I asked if she had a shovel so I could get my car out & she went right out & got one within the hour, then shoveled the driveway herself! (Which I felt bad for because I was completely willing to do that) P is very sweet, transparent, tentative to the needs of her guest, courteous, and extremely communicative! She is a great housemate! She even allowed my cat to run around upstairs to play with hers! This space allows for you to keep to yourself but also have someone around at times. The Condo itself is in a very quiet neighborhood with a great view of the mountains! 10/10 would definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!
