This is a quiet neighborhood made up of dead end streets. Lots of families, and very little traffic. The house is close to Murfreesboro Pike, where there are many grocery stores, restaurants and more. This home is close to everything in Nashville - 15 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to East Nashville, 5 minutes from the airport. There is no airport noise also! Very quiet and relaxing.

Nashville townhome rental
We recently stayed at this property and had a positive experience overall. The space met our needs and provided a comfortable place to stay, but what truly set it apart was the landlord. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had everything we needed. Any time a question or concern came up, he handled it right away with professionalism and care. Perfect stay in Nashville
This is the most ideal location while in Nashville. It is conveniently located near the airport and not too far from downtown. If you want to avoid the freeways, you can hop onto Murfreesboro Pike and it will take you straight to downtown Nashville! The landlord was super accommodating and the home was perfect. You have everything you need. I would definitely stay there again whenever I am in Nashville!
