Lovely 2 bed in
Super convenient location with a great landlord. Marina is super responsive to any issues and the location could not be better. It's walkable to Balboa Park and just a short drive from North Park and places like the Lafayette/University Ave and is super close to the freeways, making travel really easy. It's in a busy area, so there is a bit of noise at night from cars, but it feels like its own little world. There are also really cute bars/restaurants within walking distance, including Hillcrest Farmers Market, Hillcrest Brewing Company, and Cellar Hand. Would definitely recommend the neighborhood and spot!
