Josh was an amazing landlord!! Always quick to respond whenever I had a question. This place was perfect for my contract, I stayed here for 6 months. Everything was very clean & cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the parking spot was a huge bonus!! Ive been traveling for 4 years, and this has been my favorite rental so far! :)

Comfy and spacious with lots of light.
Comfy, well-equipped with washer/dryer and off-street parking spot! Tough to find it all but this place has it. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. I would certainly recommend for other travelers!

Perfect timing!
This place was just what I needed during a big life transition. Quiet neighborhood, end unit with tons of light, and quality furnishings. Owners were thoughtful when creating this space. Having the parking pad for this unit was an added bonus.

Quiet and convenient 2nd level
The place looks just like the pictures. The 2nd level includes a parking pad, which is clutch in Baltimore. When I'd get home after a 12-hour stretch I never had to search for parking at night. Great location, close to the hospitals. Quiet neighborhood. Also, having a washer and dryer in the unit, was the icing on top.

Great place!
I cant say enough about this rental. It is an older townhome with charm and has been completely updated with beautiful decor and a new fresh kitchen. The main floor consists of the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. (The bed is very comfortable). The basement has also been renovated with another bedroom. The laundry is in the basement and has a new washer and dryer! The neighborhood is safe with street parking, which I hadnt had any problems getting a parking space. Also you have everything you will need, nice towels, sheets, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Closet in bedroom is large. The renters are kind and responsive! I highly recommend this rental!!
