Best landlords
Vanetta is so nice and caring! She helped me out in a pinch multiple times when I had car issues. The house is clean and comfortable. I'd stay in this place again in a heartbeat. Plenty of ample parking, beautiful kitchen and big tv room. TVs in every room. I appreciate your kindness and wish you all the best :)

I had the opportunity to stay at this lovely home for my travel assignments for 8 months. It's clean, homely and very spacious. It had a cozy communal area, plenty kitchen storage units. The Landlord/lady were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were always available to address any concerns and offer assistance. Thus,making my stay comfortable. I would stay in this beautiful home again and again whenever l go back to East Rochester.

Best experience
I moved in this place on the 5th of April, had to leave in May for new job in Buffalo. Traveling is kind part of life to me , gosh I kinda hated to leave this place , the place is so comfortable, house is renovated, it's so comfortable. The landlord is amazing , they live next door, always looking to help . I lived with couple nurses, they are busy working , don't get to see them much , but they are super clean and easy to get along with , it was really a great great experience. Definitely will stay here again when I ever come to Rochester again.

Loved my stay
I rented a room in this lovely home for 13 weeks while working a contract at strong memorial hospital. The house is very clean and comfortable. I worked nights and needed the bedroom to be a little darker during the day so the owners of the home did not hesitate to come hang up black out shades on the windows. They also brought a desk for my room and hung up a beautiful mirror. I had two roommates and there was plenty of off street parking (was there during the winter, no street parking during certain hours for snow plows) It is also close to highways which makes it easy to get to and from work. I will most definitely see if there is room available if I ever find myself in Rochester again!
