This is a single-story property has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath available. The kitchen, dining and living room are shared with me. I'm here less than 2 weeks a month. It's located about 10 minutes to Resolute Hospital. This area has so many places to dine at! HEB, Walmart, Target, all the shopping is close-by. Gyms, Santikos Theater, the post office w/in about 5 minutes, also.

This is a shared home. I live here with my cat about 2 weeks out of the month. Rent is a bedroom & full bathroom to yourself while sharing kitchen, dining and living room with me. For the most part, I keep the place clean. I'd ask that you do the same. I get up early and go to bed early and work a lot so I'm in and out while I'm here.
