Tara is an incredible host! The space is clean, comfortable and perfect for a rotation period. Tara is very responsive, kind and made me feel very much at home during my stay. The house is quiet and offers a peaceful escape outside of the hospital. I would recommend this rental spot to anyone!

Tranquil

This is my second time staying at this location for clinicals. After my first three months November 2023 - January 2025, I knew I was going to come back and stay for my next rotation. The little apartment-style space is perfect and has all the things necessary for a long term stay. All of the essentials are provided for you! The host is so sweet and has helped me with a multitude of things since I have been staying here. Would definitely recommend! Hot tub is a plus!

Extended Stay

This was my first experience with short term rentals and I was pleasantly surprised. I kinda feel like I lucked out finding this place. The property was well maintained and furnished nicely with everything needed for a short (or slightly longer) stay. The host was great; very accommodating, friendly, and polite. No complaints. Initially I planned on a one month stay, but extended to three months. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is so cozy and homey. I did not want to leave. The home is located on Lake Lanier and very private. The view is incredible. The home and neighborhood are very quiet. Property is exactly what it says with great furnishings and amenities. The property is very well kept and the unit is super clean, comfy and equipped with everything one could need. The host was very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The grocery store and other shopping are only a few miles away. I would absolutely stay here again if I get the chance.
