There is a stand alone air conditioner for summer months which will be removed when fall weather sets in. Heating is provided by a gas fireplace surrounded by a lovely mantle.

Service: 3 Pierce Transit Bus lines 11, 13 and 16.
Post Office, UPS Store, Public Library, Dental and Medical Offices, and aTacoma Fire Dept Stn.
Business: restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, bowling alley, art stores, gift stores, clothing (new and used) stores.
Residential: Apartment buildings and private homes.
Wished I could have stayed longer!
I had the best experience staying at this property. M, the owner, is just lovely. She was always communicative on things I needed to know and was very responsive if I had a question about something. Not to mention, the unit itself is safe, clean, cozy, and in a perfect spot in the North End. It's in a walkable location, I never drove to shop for my groceries. Staying here made me appreciate living in an area where I can do that. I also lived here on my own, but having someone else stay with you would work great. There's a farmers market and coffee shop 3ish minute walk from the unit as well. I wished I was able to stay here longer, my experience was 5 stars!
