My wife and I and three kids stayed at this property and did not have a good experience. The house had bugs and we saw more than one cock roach during the stay. The property is managed by rise vest who were just terrible we walked away losing a massive deposit of this property over 1200. Renters beware

This is absolutely false. Tenant came and was welcomed with a lot of treats and gifts for the kids and family. We blocked off our calendar 3 months before they arrived and 2 weeks into their stay, they asked if we would allow them break their lease so they could explore Charlotte. After 3 months of blocking our calendar? we said No. They moved out and the deposit check they gave came back as a worthless check. We followed up with the worthless check agency and when they were notified, they had to pay. This is the reason they decided to give us a bad review. Our home is bug free. This was a scam and we had no idea. A loss, but a lesson.
