Amazing Stay

I've had an amazing experience renting this bungalow! From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The location is fantastic and convenient to everything I needed, making daily errands and commuting very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. What really stood out to me was Gary and Therese—they are professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. It’s clear they genuinely care about their occupants and the property. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live. I’ve had a wonderful experience here and hope to be back in the future!

Excellent Place & Amazing Hosts

Gary & Therese's beachy bungalow has been the perfect stay for myself and my pups. The place has it's own private yard, it's in a great + safe area (just over the bridge from all your needs in PBG, minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and very close to Publix & Trader Joe's). The hosts are excellent - friendly, helpful, and welcoming. While the place is small, it's updated and mindfully laid out for storage, and has everything you could need while traveling or relocating. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

The perfect tiny home!

My husband and I recently stayed at G & T's little guest home. The homeowners were so kind and easy to work with! The house is in an amazing location with the beach, shopping, and restaurants all extremely close. It was very neat and clean when we arrived. We felt very safe here and really enjoyed the front yard space with our pups. I don't have a single complaint about this place. It was truly a perfect stay. We hope to come stay again one day!

Great Place

The perfect bungalow! It is small but has tons of storage space and room for essentials. The location is amazing, close to shopping and the beach. Area around is safe and quiet. Owners are super nice and easy going, would definitely recommend!

Cute little house and great location

Great little spot. The house is very small, but it has everything you could need and there is quite a lot of storage space with drawers under the bed and a large compartment in the couch. The appliances are all new and worked great. The location is quiet. I like that it has it's own yard and entrance. The landlord was very nice and quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
