Stay Here!!
This was truly a wonderful place to stay. The location cant be beat, you're a stones throw from the beach, a mike walk to the board walk and you're right across the street from a park. H was a great landlord as well. I am a night shifter and she was always very considerate of this when planning any work on the house etc and I really appreciated that. Would 100% stay here again if I return to Ventura.

So close to the beach
My friend and I stayed here for a contract at VCMC. You truly cant beat the location! Probably 100 steps to the beach and directly across from Marina Park. Close to everything in Ventura and the 101. The landlord was great and always responded quickly. If I had to say one thing to improve, the living room furniture could be updated. But overall great little place near the beach

Such a great place to live! Close to the beach! Couldn't be better if you want something by the beach. Nice cozy roomy area to live! Owner is great. No issues during my stay.

Excellent Place to Stay!
This is such a great place to stay! The location is wonderful being across the street from the park and only steps to the beach. The property is very convenient as it is about 10 minutes from everything in Ventura and close to several of the local hospitals. Plenty of space within the unit and a nice outdoor space for the tenant in the back. The landlord is readily available and responds timely with any requests. I had many friends and family members visit during my time here and it was such a great place to host due to the layout and location. Pierpont is a very friendly and safe neighborhood and offers a Starbucks, grocery store, and restaurants within a 15-20 minute walking distance. I have really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this property!
