We rented Kevin's property for 6 months, late 2024 thru spring 2025. The space was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking, and the 2 full bathrooms accommodated the family of 5. Kevin is a great landlord, responding expediently to our calls or texts.

Great house; convenient location
My family lived here for more than a year and made some great memories here! It's a cute and comfortable home, and Kevin, the landlord, is a great guy. He always responded promptly to any issues we encountered and made our stay a pleasant experience all around. Also the house is just minutes from groceries, restaurants and Tribble Park, that has a nice lake to walk or bike around. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Savannah!
