Home away from Home

The Annexe owners have been nothing but amazing during my time here in their lovely furnished rental apartment. I was able to stay for long term and Tash has been so accommodating since Day 1. She is very thorough and her and her husband address any needs that you may have right away. It is perfect for anyone who is working near the Advent Health Winter park hospital a few block away. The space is clean, spacious, and very modernized. Free parking in the driveway. Wash and Dryer unit with all the necessities needed. As a California transplant, it was very nice to have Tash feel like I was part of her family and she continues to be an amazing landlord. She is very reachable via text. Plenty of stores and restaurants off of Aloma Avenue and a park just a walk away. I highly recommend staying here.

Quiet, peaceful Annexe

The annex- modern, new, clean and beautiful space. Everything conveniently in one place. Perfect for working from home. Walking distance to a lovely park that even has little exercise areas. Walkable to a strip mall on the main with grocery options. Hosts friendly, kind and gracious. Completely separate space perfect for my snowbird ways. Though I didn't use it, it was nice to have a neighborhood pool option that was close enough to walk to. Overall a really great experience if you need a quiet space to work from home. Oh and a little extra pleasant surprise.. at noon the neighborhood Chapel Bell rings and then a beautiful instrumental hymn chimes out for a few minutes. Peaceful & absolutely lovely.
