Perfect for what we needed

They were very respectful towards my wife and I and accommodated our needs well! The location was perfect and right next to the park for daily walks or just relaxing. They never made us feel unsafe which was a big deal for us, would recommend anyone to stay in their properties! Also checked in to see if we needed anything a couple of times and followed up after we moved in to make sure we got settled okay.

Safe and cozy!!

I have stayed at this duplex for about 9 months this year and loved it!!! It is 5 minutes from Wesley and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. Emily was wonderful and quick with communication every time I had a question. She dropped off supplies, she had my porch scraped in January, I only had good experiences with her!! The duplex was perfect for my cat and I. The bed is so comfortable that I want one for myself. It was nice having a TV in the bedroom. Everything worked and it was stocked with everything I needed. The water gets VERY hot so be careful, and the thermostat didn't get as cold as I wanted during the hot summer months, but I was able to use the fan provided and I know the landlord would have helped if I asked. The traffic out front is intense, lots of cars driving too fast through neighborhood roads but not too noisy. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The check out instructions were clear and simple, and Emily sent back my deposit without issue!

Perfect

This duplex was cute, comfortable, centrally located, and safe. It has everything you need. If it doesn't, I'm sure Emily will hook you up. I didn't bring my blow dryer and she delivered one immediately. The bed is very comfortable. I was tempted to strip it to see the tag. I want one for home. The bathroom doesn't have a vent fan, but other than that, the tub/shower combo is a great size. The water pressure is like a fire hose. I appreciated it on hair wash day. I would have preferred more wash clothes (yes, people still use them to wash their face). Only because I didn't want to do laundry in the basement. The kitchen was well stocked. I only had to bring my crockpot and the Tupperware I used to stored the food I brought to work. The noise level in the area was surprisingly low. You're close to the fire department and the hospital and it's a busy street, but it wasn't bad at all. The only noisy thing are the walnuts crashing down from the trees. Don't be alarmed by the occassional bang on your first night there. The shared driveway is around the back side of the duplex next to you. The permanent resident is very kind. You can also park on the main street directly in front of the duplex. I highly recommend this unit. I will stay here again.

Not far from hospital, nice neighborhood, landlord easy to get in touch with and very responsive!! Highly recommended!!
