One of my favorite locations

One of my favorite locations Ive stayed at as a traveler! I absolutely loved the front porch and my cats couldnt get enough of it either! Drew was always fast and responsive to any issues I had. Would absolutely stay here again if Im in the area!

Cute and cozy in an excellent location

I have really enjoyed my stay at this property. It's a 5 minute drive to Regions hospital where I work, and I'm able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants in the 7th St. neighborhood. The whole house is decorated in a cool mid century modern style which I love. It was extremely clean when I moved in, and the kitchen had most everything I needed. The main bedroom has a comfortable memory foam mattress and there is a smaller bedroom/office. The laundry room is also upstairs with the bedrooms which is a huge bonus! It is rare to find an entire house at this price and it provides me with the privacy I desire in a rental. Also, the landlord is very attentive and gets back to me right away if I have any questions. There is plenty of street parking in front and the neighbors have all been wonderful. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance!
