House is very clean with great lighting classy chandeliers and cozy furniture. Persian rugs and family, friendly decor. I do not have pets, although my neighbor's cat named Jeeves frequently visits for lap and petting. The neighbors are friendly, there's always a parking spot when I get home. There is a separate basement unit that is currently being rented by a tenant. This is a non-smoking dwelling.
