BEST PLACE TO STAY
We had a wonderful rental experience. The rental unit included all the amenities listed and everything we needed to live comfortably. All needs were carefully thought of and provided. The owners, S and D, were very kind and caring and frequently asked how we were doing. They were very responsive, helpful and communicated well. It was the perfect solution for our needs. The apartment was in a safe neighborhood with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We had a very positive experience. The complete full kitchen was really nice as was the in-unit washer and dryer and designated parking space. The neighbors were friendly and I always felt safe walking the area.

Great apartment with all the amenities of home. Complete full kitchen was really nice. Loved the carpet in living room and bedroom. S and D were very friendly and asked frequently if everything ok. Neighbors were friendly and I always felt safe walking the area. Hope to go back next January.

Cute Yellow Cottage
This is an adorable, cute yellow cottage located in the very convenient area of Valrico. This little house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping, restaurants and other facilities. Everything you need is here, including a washer and dryer and a complete kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans and other dishes. The house is very cozy and peaceful and I really enjoyed staying there. S and D are terrific hosts and we're available if I needed something. I highly recommend this cute little cottage, it's a serene place to come to after a hard day's work. Karen

Great Place!
This place was perfect for me and wish I could have stayed longer! I liked the layout of the apartment w/ a separate sleeping area and large bathroom. It had everything I needed as Im looking for more permanent housing for my family as we transition from TN to the FL west coast. Its located in a desirable area w/ shopping and restaurants close by. The owners, D & S are amazing and ensured I had a great stay. I would definitely consider staying here again and gladly recommend this to anyone looking for a short term living solution.
