Great space for the price

The room was exactly what I was looking for. Simple, clean and comfortable. The owner is very accommodating and always available when needed. Everyone in the house is courteous and respectful to one other, which only shows how attentive the owner is when it comes to screening potential renters. The house has all the basic essentials one may need and is kept clean. The neighborhood is quiet and in a safe location. Even during unexpected circumstances such as a broken travel contract, the owner was very understanding and works with you instead of against you. Would highly recommend.

Nice house and landlord

I enjoyed my stay here in this beautiful house. Nice, clean, and not far from places to eat, shop, or hang out. The landlord is friendly, fun, respectful, responsive, and informative about the area. I 100 percent recommend this place! Also, lots of space to park your vehicle without any problem and I love the Mountain View.

Perfect for long stays

The place us absolutely perfect for long stays. The host does his absolute best to make you feel at home. Very clean and comfy.

Highly recommended! Perfect location for my work access. The house is almost new, kept very clean, comfortable and quiet. I stayed in A bedroom with private bath and was very happy. Owner is attentive and quick to respond with questions and he took extra time to screen to ensure the safety of all renters. Will definitely inquire here first when I come back to the area for another assignment!

Nice quiet home

This house was perfect for a group, nice bedrooms, had all the necessities. Clean house, quiet neighborhood, safe location. Would definitely stay here again, the owner is very responsive and a nice guy who was willing to help in any way!
