Corner Unit - Updated 2b/2ba High-Rise Condo - Covered Parking Spot

Wonderful Location and Beautiful Condo in Cap Hill!

My friend and I stayed here for over 3 months and absolutely loved the place. Waiman is communicative and easy to work with. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable layout, and the shared spaces are comfortable. The two standing/sitting power desks were clutch for my WFH roommate. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but there are a few bars within a couple blocks and the Trader Joe's is right there (I went almost daily for fresh veggies). The biggest downside while we stayed was a slow elevator, but they replaced it our last week there and it was a significant improvement. The parking spot is narrow, but will fit most SUVs and it's totally covered from the snow. 10/10 experience, would stay again, would recommend to a friend

Perfect Home Base for a Hassle-Free Stay in Denver!

We had an excellent 6-month stay at this furnished rental in Denver during our travel nursing assignment. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the laundry on our floor was a huge plus. The location is unbeatable-close to Trader Joe's, great restaurants, coffee shops, and Cheesman Park. The covered parking spot was convenient, and we easily found street parking for our second car. Maintenance was rare but prompt, and communication with the landlord was smooth. The pool and sauna were great extras. Overall, a hassle-free and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

Spacious Stay

We had a great 6 month stay at this furnished rental in Denver during our travel nursing assignment. The unit was well-kept, and having laundry facilities on our floor was super convenient. The dishwasher made life easier. The unit is stocked with anything you could possibly need! It was so nice to be close to Trader Joes, great spots to eat, and coffee shops and Cheeseman Park! The covered parking spot was a nice touch! We had 2 cars, and ended up renting a spot in a lot a block away just in case for convenience, but we could usually find street parking for that second car. We rarely needed maintenance, but when we did, it was handled quickly. The storage space was more than enough for our needs, and communication with the landlord was smoothhe checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. The pool and sauna were a great bonus. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly, highly recommend!

This place was great! I felt safe in the building, and it was centrally located allowing for easy access to exploring all of the Denver neighborhoods. Waiman was a fabulous landlord, he was very friendly and attentive!

GREAT LOCATION FOR TRAVEL NURSES

This is a great stay for travel nurses. My friend and I rented during an assignment - one of us working in castle rock and one in Aurora. Both were a 30 minute commute while still being able to be centrally located downtown. Everything you need in downtown Denver is max 15 minutes away. The area is walkable and I felt safe in the apartment building. There is one designated parking spot and being that it is Capitol Hill, having two cars can be difficult at times but doable. The landlord is super responsive to whatever you may need. If you travel light and still want to have some what of a home feel, this is for you. No laundry in unit but it is right down the hall. I never had issues.
