This is a 3300 sf home on 1 acre of grass. It's nice to sit on the back patio at night and look at the stars. If you like growing fields and a rural country vibe, this is your home away from home. I keep the house nice and cool with my solar. I have a Golden Retriever and a Poodle Mix that loves people and other dogs. No small dogs, as they can be rough.

This is a rural neighborhood on a short dirt road. There are 7 family homes. My brother and sister in Law lives next door.
They are here to help with anything, if I am not available. You will see a couple of growing fields and some cows and horses at the end of the road. We are accross the highway from Verrado (check it out). The White Tank Mountains are near and I hike them a couple of times a week.

Amazing casita!
This casita was lovely to stay in. It is super quiet and peaceful. It fits 1 person very comfortably, and has everything you would need. The property owner is very receptive and eager to adjust the room to fit your needs. I had no complaints staying here, it is such a nice escape from busy busy phoenix!
