Fantastic uptown duplex with pet friendly outdoor space and amazing landlord!

Located in uptown New Orleans, this rental is amazing, with easy access to Freret shops, restaurants, and parade routes. The neighborhood is safe, vibrant, and full of character. The apartment has a fantastic outdoor space that is perfect for relaxing, yoga, or entertaining guests. As a pet owner, finding a place that welcomes pets was crucial for me. This apartment not only allows pets but also has plenty of fenced outdoor space for them to play. My dog loves it here and the landlords dog, Finn, is a sweetheart! The landlord is truly amazing. She is incredibly friendly, accommodating, responsive, and genuinely cares about the tenants well-being. Any minor issues or questions Ive had were addressed promptly and effectively. Overall, my 5 month experience in this apartment has been exceptional. The combination of a great location, fantastic outdoor space, pet-friendly environment, and a supportive landlord makes it a perfect place to live. Its a gem and I plan on returning soon!

Comforts of home away from home

This wonderful home was emaculate. It was well taken care of and very clean with no dust to be seen. The home was fully stocked with EVERYTHING a traveler could need. The beds were very cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect. My dog and I took walks around the neighborhood almost everyday. Freret Street (resturaunts, bars, shopping) was a super short walk away. Everywhere else (French Quarter, CBD, Garden District, Magazine Street, St Charles Trolly) was only a short drive or Uber/ Lyft ride away. K was a super gracious host. If I had any questions or concerns she was very attentive. When I come back to NOLA I will be sure to stay here again.
